Just look at those big brown eyes! Ansley just learned how to blow a bubble. So, of course, when she showed me, in the car, I immediately said, "you have to do that again when we get home so I can get a picture!". This wasn't her biggest bubble, but you get the idea. Thank goodness we got so much bubble gum from the Easter Bunny : )
And speaking of Easter, I had a treat sent to Ansley, Cameron, and the neighbor boys at school on Friday. After seeing it again yesterday, Ansley informed me that I shouldn't have put "from Mommy and Daddy". It should have said "from MOM AND DAD". She explained that she was concerned that the teacher could have read that out loud and the other kids could have heard it! I asked her if I was still her "mommy" and she said "yes, you are, but just don't write it down". I agreed that I would never let it happen again. Geez! What next??
Congratulations Ansley! Once you've mastered the bubbles, you can learn to pop your gum inside your mouth. I was so excited when I learned that, it still annoys Uncle Russ but I do it anyway. In NC, adults call their parents Mama and Daddy for their whole life. Love you,
