On Wednesday, Cameron got his expander. He was pretty excited to get it and proud to show it off. He was an excellent patient! Did a great job laying there while they adjusted the appliance. Of course he had lots to talk about with Dr. Powers and her assistants. Sadie went along with us. She was very interested in all they did. She watched very closely. Even took a few pictures. After some adjustments and preparing his mouth they put the expander in. The assistant went over the rules (no gum or sticky candy) and then showed us how to use the key. It is EXACTLY like mine was a hundred years ago! Even blue like mine was. Each night we have to turn the key one turn. We will do this 19 times and then go back to check his progress. He's doing pretty well. Has only complained a few times of being sore. Proud of my boy!
